A downloadable game for Windows

This Game is a demo for a bachelor, and is therefore incomplete.

What is Wolf clinic? 🐺

Wolf clinic is a social sim/doctor game where a lonely witch living in the Norwegian forest, heals her wolf friends! She heals the wolves by mixing up potions with her variety of ingredients!

Why did we make the game?

Our biggest motivation for making the game was the current climate around wolves in Norway. The wolves used to be extinct, but started coming back not to long ago. We argue that the wolf is a vital part of the Norwegian nature and should stay here.

By making this game we hope to bring attention to the conflict and hopefully helping the wolves of Norway!

I was meaning to try this demo out a few weeks ago and just got around to it. What a wonderful game it was :) The art style was lovely and full of charm, and the music really helped the atmosphere. I'm not from Norway myself but I hope this game is able to bring attention to the problem and maybe save some wolf lives. Thank you so much for this game!

!! Thank you for playing and thank you for these kind words!! :-)
Means the world to us <3

(1 edit)

Hi!! I found this game a few days ago, and I honestly love it so much, even though I haven't gotten to the end!!

It has such a cozy atmosphere and feel, the little doodles in the ingredient book are a really cute addition, and they never fail to make me laugh!!

All of the wolves' personality feel incredibly distinct in the best way possible, and the dialogue is really nice!! It makes me feel the emotions that the characters (both the witch and the wolves) feel in the moment!

I love the artstyle, the music (especially the title screen music) feels really nostalgic and warm, like sitting in front of a fireplace, if that makes sense!

Overall, I love this game so much!! Thank you for making this, and I wish you all the best of luck going forwards!

Also, is there any place to listen to the soundtrack?

HI! Thank you so much for the kind words!! It means alot to us! :-)

Thank you so much!!

I haven't played this game just as yet because I'll need to set up some stuff on my computer first, but it really does look as though so much love and care has been invested in making it. I can't wait to start it soon <33

thank you, it means a lot to us! hope you like it! <3

I JUST GOT BACK FROM PLAYING IT AND I LOVED IT!!!

It's so cozy and atmospheric, the art and music were so good, and I think it might actually be one of my favourite games now,,, I'm mainly into visual novels, so this level of interaction with the environment was really new to me, but I had such a good time with it!! To be honest,, as much as I love the individual wolves and their characters ((Aurvandil is so precious, but I feel bad that Sotr always seems so sad,,)) I might frequent this game just to enjoy the vibes of being inside there. I was also really fond of how the surroundings changed as the seasons did, and I loved being able to find tiny mushrooms growing between some of the furniture and seeing the snow and the roosters just chill by the cauldron lol. Part of why I spent so long playing the game was mainly because of how immersed I was by everything, especially since I'm really fond of plants and insects ^^;

This was a minor detail that I personally really enjoyed because bugs are underappreciated as heck and so seeing taxidermy beetles as part of the decor, along with there being cool taxidermy butterfly enclosures and having the greenhouse ((which I absolutely adored visiting, btw!!)) itself also kind of turn into a butterfly garden during the summer time was so nice!!!

I'm not sure if this part was intentional, but after playing the game for a while, one of the mousey knights would keep spawning on the floor of the greenhouse at the start of each day. I'd usually put them back on the shelf with their friend, but I'd also keep accidentally knocking stuff off of the shelves in the process T--T

Anyhow, this made for a very relaxing and awesome playing experience and I am going to cherish this game forever and ever and ever, Thank you guys for creating it :"P <33

Also, not to mention, the amount of detail that the game's packed with makes it feel so genuine and homely at times with all of the little doodles on the (mum's, I think?) herbal guide, the "Witch Sighting" warning posters having little notes scrawled across them, and even that other photo on the desk being gifted to the witch from a friend. It's also a bit sad because now I feel bad for the witch's friend that's missing them T--T I hope they get to meet each other again soon in their little universe!!
